About the Founder
KAITLIN GAUGHRAN
Kaitlin is a logistics and operations professional with over 15 years of experience managing travel and event logistics at the highest levels.
Most recently, Kaitlin served as the Director of Scheduling and Advance in President Obama’s Personal Office, where she developed his post-presidency travel operation and oversaw his complete travel and event portfolio.
Prior to that, Kaitlin served as the Director of Principal Trip Accommodations at The White House, coordinating travel arrangements and event logistics for the Obama Family, White House Staff, Secret Service, and White House Military Office.
As a former executive support staffer who has worked alongside a wide range of event planners, security teams, and hospitality professionals, Kaitlin understands what it takes to deliver high-quality travel and event support to VVIPs, saving them time and resources without compromising excellence.
Proudly from Long Island, Kaitlin has called Washington, DC home since her undergraduate years at The George Washington University. Her favorite travel destinations feature ski slopes, scenic hiking trails, and authentic local cuisine.
